AMOUNT

White label loan and credit card application

OVERVIEW

Amount is a strategic partner building software that re-engineers consumer, small business and embedded finance solutions to make banking simpler, safer and more convenient for today’s digital-first customer.

The company delivers a unified platform that streamlines the application process for both users and banks. This is done by improving efficiency and speed, enhanced fraud detection and credit decisioning, increased scalability and providing a future-proof investment.

MY ROLE

I was the Senior Product Designer on a team that included three other designers and a development team of about six. We reported directly to the VP of Product. In my time at Amount I contributed to a wide range of loan and credit card products, developed a more formal Design Critique process, helped lead our Design Governance Team and worked on updating the product’s Design System.

CREDIT CARD MANAGEMENT

Amount’s Credit Card product makes it easy for consumers to manage their credit card activity. From viewing payment notifications, latest statement, or viewing previous statement periods—this intuitive product streamlines the entire credit card management process.

LOAN APPLICATION

Amount’s Loan Application product makes life easier for both banks and consumers. Instead of a multi-week process—loan approval and fulfillment happens in minutes. Minimal steps are required for application documentation, and visiting a physical bank branch is no longer required. In addition, manual workflows for bank agents are eliminated and fully integrated and automated decisioning workflows are implemented.

ACCELERATING NEW ACCOUNT OPENINGS

Amount’s products help customers onboard and transact faster—all while keeping fraud in check with a modern identity verification and authentication solution. We implemented Prove Pre-Fill into the application process. Prove works behind the scenes gathering customer’s information—which greatly streamlines the application experience.
